Smashing it! Scarlletta wrecked havoc on Malaysian soil when they performed at the World Finals of the Global Battle of the Bands this year. From thousands of applicants the band were chosen to fly the flag for Britain and were flown to Kuala Lumpur to perform on a world stage. The poor people of Malaysia were taken by surprise and were not expecting a petite doll-like girl to rock it so hard!

Chris Moyles Show. Scarlletta were featured on Chris Moyle’s prime time BBC Radio One Breakfast Show. The presenters couldn’t stop talking about the lead singer’s bizarre fashion sense!

Attention-whore. The lead singer is renowned for her crazy publicity stunts. She once gaffa taped herself to a set of traffic lights in Central London to promote a industry showcase night! Covered in glitter from head to toe she wore a sign that read ‘LOOK AT ME. OUR GIG IS FREE!’

Romania. Expect lots of European Festival dates this summer including the Youth Rock Fest in Romania! The band is also tipped to play a major Japanese Festival in January 2012.

Louis Spence. Scarlletta and her fish dress were featured on Sky 1 in March for Louis Spence’s Showbusiness. Will there be a sequel? We’re not telling!

Lyrics. Scarlletta is renowned for painfully honest lyrics. Not one to take any prisoners, the lead singer writes what she thinks and never censors herself which leads to her refreshing lyrical frankness.

Endorsements. With a Global Sponsorship deal on the cards Scarlletta are sure to take over the world!

Television. World famous singer Jamie Cullum fell in love with the band’s ‘amazing image and sound’ after they rocked the stage at the Hackney Empire for Sky 1s Must Be the Music last summer. Chart-topper Dizzee Rascal also seemed to take a liking to Scarlletta’s frisky front woman!

Tourbus. Expect Scarlletta in a town near you. From September the band will be touring the UK.
